ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor, responsible and accountable for Regional KPIs and all branches performance, including P&L, car-in / car-out target and operational measurement. Forecast and plan Regional sales, GP, and key expenses on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, aiming towards company objectives and targets. Timely updates and reports to HOS and GM on tasks assigned. Share SOPs, company goals and direction with Branch Managers & Dealer Area Managers for execution. Attend Branch or Section (Operations / A2B / D2B) meetings at Branch level in listening, supporting & providing solutions to the staff members to achieve goals. Plan and schedule monthly branch visit and provide support to Branch Managers & Dealer Area Managers. Consistent communication and discussion with Branch Managers & Dealer Area Manager in providing sales growth strategies, cost management, service quality improvement, staff development and retention. Validate salesperson incentive and as an approver. Also, monitors payroll records of salespeople. Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions. Maintaining good relationship with New and Used car showrooms. Coach, guide and work hand-in-hand with Branch Managers and Dealer Area Manager to increase Branch performance.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any fields. 5 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position. Having excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
