Isn\'t that beautiful As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the approved marketing strategy on both region in Malaysia & Singapore. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the brand objectives are met. You will also support and assist the General Manager in all areas of marketing. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the master marketing calendar for the region Customize and recommend marketing plans for each country Manage the financial plan and budget for marketing activities Coordinate and plan product launches Define pricing strategy based on regional product benchmark and gross margin analysis Develop and implement media strategies for each brand and market Plan and coordinate PR events Manage forecasts for innovations and ensure accuracy Monitor and optimize assortment for all markets Oversee counter design and visual merchandising projects Provide support and tools to the markets as needed Requirements: Strong brand building experience Solid knowledge of the Southeast Asia and Hong Kong beauty market Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Curious, proactive, and self-starter mindset Fluent in English, additional fluency in Chinese is a plus Diploma or university degree in marketing or business 3-5 years of experience in a regional marketing coordination role in the cosmetics or FMCG industry Requirements Strong brand building experience Solid knowledge of the Southeast Asia and Hong Kong beauty market Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Curious, proactive, and self-starter mindset Fluent in English, additional fluency in Chinese is a plus Excellent PC skills Diploma or university degree in marketing or business 3-5 years of experience in a regional marketing coordination role in the cosmetics or FMCG industry Benefits Empowering, fun and vibrant culture to grow professionally Strong learning ground for your career and opportunity to work with globally renowned brands Complimentary Goods and Flexi Benefits
