Join the dynamic team as a Regional Medical Affairs professional in Ophthalmology, where you\'ll shape the future of medical devices. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of clinical strategy development, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and enhancing upstream marketing strategies to ensure overall success of the cutting-edge advancement of the medical products.

Stakeholder Management

• Be the bridge between the company and regional/local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of KOL engagement contracts.
• Lead periodic meetings with KOLs to track project progress.
• Initiate collaborative R&D ventures between KOLs and the company.

Scientific Communication

• Create and communicate scientific information about the medical device.
• Developing and delivering presentations, publications, and educational materials that inform healthcare professionals about the device\'s clinical benefits.

Innovative Upstream Marketing:

• Solicit valuable feedback from KOLs and key customers on the usability and features of the medical equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and application specialist teams to gauge market viability.
• Drive innovation by collecting and relaying usability improvement and new feature requests to product managers regularly.

Others:

• Consistently meet and report on predetermined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
• Actively propose and implement more efficient and accurate work methods to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.

Regional exposure to customer base in different countries|Highly independent working environment with vast opportunities for growth

• Study background: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Optometry is a must, or a professional qualification, preferably in a related technical field. MBBS in Ophthalmology would be an advantage.
• An established candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry practice.
• Exceptional effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
