Open Position: Regional Operations Manager, Northern (Healthcare Facilities Management Company)
A healthcare facilities management company is looking for Regional Operations Manager, Northern to lead the operations and be based in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsibility to drive the portfolio of services in the Healthcare sector.
Work closely with the Head of Operations and be accountable for the P&L of Northern region to achieve cost savings and to increase revenue.
Key person to build good relationships with key accounts and understand their needs to roll out viable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement to a higher level of performance.
Proven track record in achieving financial targets.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong data analysis skills to read complex data and translate to operational excellence.
Willing to travel between Northern states.
Open to Malaysians only.
