Regional Payroll Manager (shared Services)

Job Description
The Regional Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations within the APAC region, ensuring payroll compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for our APAC entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a payroll team
- Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across the region.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes and leverage technology for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other regional stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships with external payroll providers.
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex payroll processes across multiple countries within the APAC region, such as Malaysia and Singapore.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a payroll team of significant size (at least 7-10 members).
- Knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements in APAC region.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
