The Regional Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations within the APAC region, ensuring payroll compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes for our APAC entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a payroll team
Ensure full compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across the region.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes and leverage technology for greater efficiency.
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other regional stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships with external payroll providers.
MNC working environmentHybrid working arrangement A successful Payroll Manager should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex payroll processes across multiple countries within the APAC region, such as Malaysia and Singapore.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a payroll team of significant size (at least 7-10 members).
Knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements in APAC region.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
