• Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segmentsxe2x80x8b
• Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the regionxe2x80x8b
• Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in global product managementxe2x80x8b
• Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region
• Identifies user, dealer, sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demandxe2x80x8b
• Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insightsxe2x80x8b
• Provides reliable volume forecasts for new products to the BUxe2x80x8b
• Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development processxe2x80x8b
• Supports the global product management team in the go-to-market phase within PIFxe2x80x8b
• Monitors the regional business situation (market shares, competitor activities, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolioxe2x80x8b
• Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights
• Proficient Marketing & Sales knowledge xe2x80x93 ideally in Global Product Marketingxe2x80x8b

• Practical experience in UX & design thinking methodsxe2x80x8b
