This role is the regional reference for all Sales & Marketing processes and core model implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with global expertise teams, supply chain organisations, and animate the network of key users.As a Regional Process Owner - Sales & Marketing (SAP SD/MM), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations related to Sales & Marketing within the region. You will support process implementation, coordinate operational issue resolution, drive improvement actions, and support business units in their organisational design. Additionally, you will promote a digital culture within the organisation and lead digital project development.

• Ensure smooth Sales & Marketing related operations and enhance the expertise & maturity in the region
• Support process implementation including sales master data, sales order handling, price management, after-sales process for the whole region
• Coordinate the control and analysis of operational issues raised by Key users
• Drive maturity and improvement actions to reach the expected level of expertise through regular assessments and action plans elaboration
• Support Business Units in Sales & Marketing organisation design and roles assignment
• Promote digital culture and lead digital projects development

The ideal candidate for the Regional Process Owner - Sales & Marketing (SAP SD/MM) role brings a wealth of experience in standardising, simplifying, and improving processes on a regional scale. She has a deep understanding of sales & marketing processes across various business units and is adept at managing continuous improvement initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field, she possesses strong knowledge of major Supply Chain processes.

• Proficient in SAP modules, especially Sales & Marketing functions, and other IT tools/systems
• 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (S&M) field, Operational background preferred
• Managerial experience advantageous
• Strong understanding of major Supply Chain processes
• Structured and rigorous approach
• Team player with a process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Fluency in English required, Chinese language skills beneficial
