Primary Details Time Type: Full time

To accomplish primary goal of assisting Procurement team with the purchase of materials or services such as but not limited to creation, sending and routing for approval of Purchase Orders, filing of Procurement related documents, assigning of PRs (Purchase Requisition), vendor follow ups and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Procurement process, policies and preocedures.
• Able to provide support on bidding or RFP (Request for Proposal) process.
• Support initiatives to drive procurement processes, improve vendor management and reduce risk.
• Drives Compliance to procurement and company policies.
• Highest integrity on Procurement transactions by ensuring confidentiality of proposals and related information.
• Support and participate to product presentations by the suppliers to the interested end-users.
• Collaboratively work with end-users, suppliers, team members and vendor.
• Provide procurement support and assist end-users for procurement-related matters as applicable.
• Review submitted purchase requests and check completeness & compliance.
• Supports administrative tasks intended for invitation to bid, purchase orders and contracts and is able to capture all the necessary details and in a timely manner.
• Support audit activities applicable to Procurement process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Medium degree of numeracy & attention to details.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office software.
• Trainings in Procurement-related functions a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• High sense of urgency to support corporate requirements.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
