Position Summary We are currently looking for a highly competent Regional Procurement Manager based in our Global Procurement HUB in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for supporting EMENA commercial and strategic sourcing activity of the Aseptic Filling Equipment and Packaging category for the Nestle\' Food & Beverage manufacturing operations worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global Category Manager for F&P, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the category strategy for the technical spend for zone EMENA by using strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies, as well as working closely with the global Nestle Technical Competence Centers and R&D functions to drive the implementation of the category strategy, support innovation and drive standardization processes. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Support the Global Category Manager in defining the category strategy for the spend scope on a global level and implement it by using Strategic Sourcing processes, tools and policies. . Take the lead on regional sourcing projects and to drive Total Delivered Cost (TDC) reduction. . Manage the relationship with various regional and local stakeholders to integrate the spend category strategy, value creation plans and outcomes in the investment planning and budgeting. . Perform supplier market/category/supply risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities and implement them. Create a competitive environment for Nestl \'s scale. . Build on synergies between Nestle factories\' needs, directing all the potential efforts to obtain the best opportunities for cost optimization and value creation. . Negotiate contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the strategy. . Manage and lead supplier relations with key strategic suppliers under the category\'s scope. . Ensure compliance to Nestl \'s Corporate Business Principles, policies, and standards. What will make you successful . 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, supplier management and strategic procurement. . Experience in CAPEX / technical equipment sourcing, Packaging, Project Management and/or Engineering in FMCG companies. . Strong flexibility and mental agility to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment with different technical categories. . Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization, and also externally with suppliers worldwide. . Demonstrated successful use of risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relation management best practices. . Previous exposure to manufacturing/ engineering / machinery procurement will be an asset. . People oriented and collaborative way of working. . University degree in either Engineering, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance. . High fluency in English is required, any other language is an asset.
