Opportunity to work with a well establish organisation and market leader of the industry.The Regional Procurement Specialist will be the focal point for overall Procurement activities. This person will be working closely with the Finance and operations team to achieve great efficiency. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Key person overseeing supply of raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and MRO for the manufacturing facilities
• Work closely with the S&OP team to evaluate and communicate forecasts and schedules to vendors, ensuring accuracy of demand and implementing measures to reduce supply risks.
• Continuous proposal of on enhancing cost efficiency through long-term strategic agreements, achieving cost savings for the plant
• Maintain great relationship with vendors for supply security and maintain high levels of vendor service.
• Providing updated reports to operations and supply chain stakeholders on item specifications, ensuring alignment with procurement processes and best practices (RFI, RFP, competitive value-added analysis).
• Partner with the APAC COE to identify, execute, and consolidate standardization initiatives, improving cost efficiency across all plants.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the procurement process.
• Create work plans, determine data needs, and accurately interpret analytical insights

• At least 5 years in Procurement experience for FMCG industry
• Proficient in SAP, MRP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong in negotiation and cost analysing.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with mix culture
