Assist Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
To undertake executive research and candidate management activities.
Conduct research to identify suitable candidates for each requirement, including targeted market mapping, talent pooling, database searching, networking and headhunting.
Building relationships with candidates and keeping track of their career goals and progress.
Approach suitable candidates and screened against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor / Master Degree in Business or HR related fields
At least 1 year of working / intern experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Additional languages (Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese) is a plus
Self-driven with aspiration to develop a long term career in recruitment
Candidates from other industry looking to join the recruitment field are welcome
Fresh grads with positive and can-do attitude are welcome
