Job Overview:



As a Regional Referral Partner, your role is to identify businesses and professionals who would benefit from high-quality freelance or permanent staffing solutions. By tapping into your existing network, whether through LinkedIn, professional events, or B2B relationships, you'll refer warm leads to our organisation. We're looking for well-connected individuals with corporate or business development experience who understand hiring needs and can confidently introduce our services. For every successful placement or signed contract resulting from your referral, you'll earn a competitive commision.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and refer businesses (startups, SMEs, agencies, corporates) with freelance, remote or permanent hiring needs. Leverage your network via LinkedIn, alumni groups, B2B communities, and professional events, to identify and introduce warm leads. Share relevant service materials such as brochures, pitch decks, or case studies to help position our offerings. Facilitate warm introductions and arrange initial discovery calls between potential clients and our team. Where appropriate, co-host or participate in Zoom calls to introduce the company and help establish trust with prospective clients. Track referral progress and keep us updated on client feedback, level of interest, or follow-up actions needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity when representing our services and making introductions.

Requirements:



Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship building skills. Active professional network with access to business owners, HR teams, or hirng decision-makers. Comfortable making introductions via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or in-person networking. Professional online presence, particularly on LinkedIn or relevant business platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Able to represent our services with professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times. Willingness to learn and understand our recruitment and freelance staffing solutions. Basic understanding of clients needs related to hiring, outsourcing, or team-scaling. Reliable internet access and basic proficiency with digital tools (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Experience in recruitment, HR, consulting, business development, or B2B services. Familiarity with freelance staffing models, remote work environments, or talent platforms. Prior experience working in corporate environments, startups, SMEs, or high-growth companies. Ability to clearly explain recruitment solutions and articulate value propositions. Proven track record of introducing B2B service providers or consultants to potential clients.
