Job Description




Operation Hour: 24hours x 7

RRC Officer

1) To take incoming telephone calls from Stations or internal departments relating to a range of specified escalation cases within the empowerment, SOPs and service recovery provided.

2) To work as part of a team of RRC officers and carry out the tasks as stated in the Function Authorization.

3) To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. achieving KPI, attendance, etc.) set by the Management team.

4) To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings, buzz sessions, and giving feedback and ideas to colleagues, and superiors.

5) To escalate any queries or unresolved issues to superiors or related departments within the agreed procedures.

a) Approval From Management

b) Airport Tax

c) Denied Boarding Compensation

d) Emergency/Medical

e) Extension of Credit Account

f) Adhoc Retime Cancellation g) Route Closure

h) Schedule Retime Cancellation

i) System Error

j) Voluntary Cancellation

2) Fare & SSR Override

3) Overbooking

4) Name Amendment and Name amendment Notification

5) Reinstate Bookings

6) Credit Card Payment Manual Authorization

7) Move Flight /Irop

8) Divide Adjustment

9) Post-Departure Balance Owing

10) Blacklisting

11) Lid and Capacity Management

12) Aircraft Upsize and Downsize

13) AD-HOC Rescue Flight

14) Travel voucher
