Overview:



We are seeking a highly capable and strategic

Regional Sales Advisor in 3D Printing & Tech Retail

covering

Selangor, WP KL, WP Putrajaya, Negeri Sembila

n, to oversee and manage the full spectrum of Business and Sales operations across our tri-entity business structure:

Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd (Group of Companies)

: The principal distributor of 3D printers in Malaysia

Retail Outlets Companies

: A series of outlet-specific joint venture companies for retail operations

Investment Holding Company

: A quasi-REIT structure for retail investment and fund management
This role will be pivotal in ensuring sound Business and Sales planning, compliance, reporting, business relations, and cash flow management across all entities.

Day-to-Day

A PJP (Personal Journey Plan) for weekly outlet visits to monitor outlet staff (applicable if there are multiple outlets in the region) Outlet Visits comprises of monitoring the day to day operations of the outlet, customer engagement, coaching and training of outlet staff and sales monitoring (eg. Evaluate and also assist outlet in achieving targets by setting example of customer engagement and excellent service rendering) Research on 3D printing to understand more on the products and accessories offered for better selling capabilities and coaching. Consolidate customer feedback or even outlet feedback and send to HQ for review and action. Market reconnaissance on potential market gaps for better business intelligence in assisting HQ capture more sales and open more markets.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Growth:



Drive regional sales targets by coaching outlets staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Consolidate regional sales data and report to HQ on weekly and monthly basis

Customer & Technical Advisory:



Guide customers on 3D printer selection, materials (PLA, ABS, resin), and post-processing solutions. Promote experiential selling (eg. Product demonstrations, solution-based consultations) to increase customer engagement Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the support team. Monitor and elevate customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints, resolving escalated issues, and implementing feedback mechanisms.

Regional Operations & Training:



Train in-store teams on new products, promotions, and 3D printing trends. Ensure stores adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and stock optimal inventory levels.

Market Intelligence:



Monitor competitor activities (e.g., 3D printing brands, pricing) and report regional trends to HQ. Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Brand Advocacy:



Ensure outlets adhere to visual merchandising, product displays and customer service protocols Conduct regular audits of store operations, inventory management, and staff training to maintain alignment with HQ guidelines.

Requirements



Experience:



Minimum of two years' experience in retail sales Prior experience overseeing multi-store or regional operations is considered an asset.

Skills & Knowledge:



Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Attributes:



Highly self-motivated, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and possesses a genuine interest in emerging technologies. Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) within the designated region.

Salary & Benefits Range



Base Salary RM3,000 to RM5,000

Commision based on sales achievement of the region.

Travel Allowance for travel RM600

Annual Leave : 14 days (standard)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
