Open Position: Regional Sales and Operations Manager (MNC Transport Solution Company)

A MNC Transport Solution Company is looking for Regional Sales and Operations Manager to be based in Kuantan or East Malaysia.

Key requirements include:

\xc2\xb7 Managing part of West Malaysia and whole of East Malaysia to meet customer needs and business targets including profitability.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with workshops to drive activities to sell services to customers in the region covered.

\xc2\xb7 Plan daily operations and create a result and customer oriented mindset in the teams.

\xc2\xb7 Act as representative for the region and showing company\xe2\x80\x99s presence, interfacing with customers.

\xc2\xb7 P&L responsibility for all the workshops in the region.

\xc2\xb7 This is a senior manager position that requires great leadership skills.

\xc2\xb7 Higher education in Business Management or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 A good understanding of business and how it is run.

\xc2\xb7 Leadership experience in senior position, preferably in heavy vehicle or B2B industry.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel heavily between West and East Malaysia and within East Malaysia.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to plan tasks of teams with minimum guidance.
