Responsibilities
Dealer Vehicle Sales Process
Communicate with dealers every day on vehicle sales-related matters to support dealers' operations.
Assist dealers and solve vehicle sales-related issues that arise.
Process special support applications requested by dealers.
Provide vehicle stock availability information upon dealer request.
Active in sales pipeline from (Inquiry, quotation, booking, PO, vehicle hand-over and etc)
Involve in-vehicle training/ceremony/events related to dealers and customers from time to time.
Process cheque postponement form submitted by dealer.Dealers Vehicle Sales Monitoring
Monitor Dealers' vehicle sales target progress on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
To review daily/weekly/monthly dealer sales result and dealer activity daily.
Plan for monthly Dealer visits to understand the dealer's current vehicle sales situation.
Review, monitor, and check dealers' incentives based on the current scheme.
Review, monitor, and check the dealer's Prospect, Booking & Registration (PBR) Report daily.
Supporting Division/Section
Liaise with the Sales Admin Section on day-to-day sales operations.
Liaise with Logistic Division on stock allocation and delivery arrangement.
Liaise with Finance & Account Division for Dealer Vehicle Payment Collection.
Supporting role for Customer Success Section in solving daily call customer feedback.
Supporting role for Operation Support / Service Planning Section on EZ Care service package.
Supporting role for Strategy & Planning Section on Dealer Vehicle Sales.
Supporting role for PR & Marketing Section on Marketing activities related to dealers.
