Job Description

Our Client is seeking a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The role involves building high-performing teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and forging strong client relationships to achieve ambitious business targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to capture market share.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead country sales teams to achieve consistent results.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market Development:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Drive penetration in key sectors and establish strategic partnerships.
Revenue & Forecasting:
  • Manage regional P&L and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction across the region.
International Exposure High-Impact Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of proven sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-country operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional business practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Strong background in software solutions, IT services, or related fields, ideally within the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
