Job description
Heading/intro:
One of Southeast Asia\'s leading food & beverage manufacturers is currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be based in East Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to East Malaysia\'s Sales team.
- Maintain and improve key relationships with retailers, distributors and relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of an effective sales and marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistent growth of revenue and sales volume.
- Provide accurate forecasts through sales reports.
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with East Malaysia\'s market segment.
- Willingness to be based in East Malaysia office.
- Previous experience in managing a team of at least 5.
