This position exists to increase business by selling the Group's hotels & F&B restaurants within various sales channels
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic sales goals.
Represent all Equatorial Hotels & F&B with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of corporate and MICE segments in the hospitality sector.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in any of the following - Hospitality Management/ Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisor capacity.
Proven experience handling corporate accounts, MICE, Travel & Tours and event organizers.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target and KPIs.
Experience with CRM systems and hotel property management software is an advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantages.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Familiarity with regional market trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
