Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will need to drive growth in the heavy industrial segments across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on building key partnerships, managing regional accounts, and enabling local sales teams to deliver profitable results.

  • Drive regional growth within the heavy industrial customer group through strategic account management and new business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the oil & gas, offshore, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Guide, coach, and support country sales teams to strengthen technical and commercial capabilities.
  • Execute regional sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure profitability across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align market plans, share insights, and drive customer-focused innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence.

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or relevant majors)
  • 8+ years of regional B2B sales experience, ideally in marine or protective coating chemicals.
  • Proven sales track record managing key accounts or distributors within heavy industrial, oil & gas, or related offshore environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural markets.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and able to work independently while collaborating regionally.
