Job Description
Our client is an established chain retail outlet for kitchenware products in major shopping malls.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Johor Bahru (home base), HQ in KL.
- Industry: chain retail outlet for kitchenware products
- Job Scope:
- Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability
- Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team within the district to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
- Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the company.
- Manages through unusual events to keep district operating to standard.
- Reviews store environments and key business indicators within the district to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action.
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the store and district level.
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
8 years experience in retail industry with 3 years in managerial level.
Possesses own transport.
Home base in Johor Bahru area.
