Job Summary:
Essential responsibility focus full portfolio of Vibrational and UVNN products and solution sales for Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia region and rest of South East Asia regions when required/as assigned.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
Formulate and implement sales strategies, direct business, effectively leverage on technology and solutions to, among others, ensure technological introduction, market adaptation as well as market penetration and win rates. Develop and implement specific technical solutions for a specific assign product/a group of products to further penetrate Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia market. Discuss trends, customer concerns, and competitors\' activities with the Regional Commercial Leader for Vibrational (NIR, Raman, FTIR, NIR, NMR ) and UVNN (UV-Vis, Nanodrop) product line in South East Asia and Taiwan! Formulate, develop and work to deliver & implement strategies to enable clear market and sales development for business in Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia. Create a high-frequency connection with all target customers and channel partners. Build a confirmed partnership with channel partners. Motivate new product growth with business development team to drive our incremental! Routine and consistent reporting on sales activities, participate on various business reporting is required. Deliver clear strength result to achieve annual operational plan, to meet the goal of corporate and division. love to sharing personal knowledge and learn new skill.
