Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales target across all designated outlets.
Identify new business opportunities within the region and work on acquiring new customers to expand market share.
Ensure the teams are well-versed in the latest products, features and promotion to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
Lead, and provide ongoing coaching, training and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer's complaint, or issues that may arise within the region with a professional and timely manners.
Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to top management for improvement.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns and product launches are executed effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. warehouse, logistics & customer service) to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
Participate in company sales and marketing events, roadshows and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and build professional relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Retail management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial level experiences in sales background, preferably in
retail industry
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
Good command in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is a added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with customer, staffs and senior management.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
