Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales leadership team, including travel arrangements, presentation development, background market research, and submission of marketing and IT support requests.
Monitor the Sales inbox, escalate issues to appropriate team members, and assist with event-related reimbursement and payment reconciliation.
Assist Sales leaders in coordinating and facilitating online and offline meetings, training sessions, and field engagement activities.
Organize sales training programs, webinars, and events by scheduling meetings, sending invitations, coordinating guest speakers, managing webinar recordings/playlists, and handling logistical arrangements such as registration and transportation.
Ensure all tasks and processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; prior experience in the direct selling industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments in a multinational team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and coordination capabilities.
