Job Summary

Manage and ensure smooth, efficient shipment operations across multiple countries/regions. t t * t
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. t t * t
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers. t t * t
Oversee FTZ warehouse operations and ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations. t t * t
Optimize trade compliance under Free Trade Agreements (FTA). t


Key Responsibilities
3PL & FTZ Warehouse Management

Establish warehousing processes for new products/businesses. t t * t
Ensure FTZ compliance and accurate customs reporting. t t * t
Coordinate inbound/outbound flows between FTZ and domestic/international sites. t t * t
Oversee Dangerous Goods handling in line with IATA regulations. t t * t
Support inventory accuracy, audits, and stock takes. t
Import & Export Operations

Select and manage shipping modes and routes based on cost, lead time, and reliability. t t * t
Coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders and service providers. t t * t
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, permits, etc.). t t * t
Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and resolve shipment issues. t
Trade Compliance

Ensure all shipments meet international trade, customs, and safety standards. t t * t
Apply FTA rules to maximize duty savings. t t * t
Liaise with customs authorities and internal trade compliance teams. t t * t
Keep updated on regional trade and FTA regulations. t
Administrative & System Support

Provide shipment updates to internal business units and regional SCM/Product teams. t t * t
Perform SAP transactions (Goods Receipt, Posting, Stock Transfer). t t * t
Provide freight cost estimates for analysis. t t * t
Monitor and manage 3PL KPIs. t t * t
Handle ad-hoc logistics and SCM tasks. t
