candidate sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment campaigns
for roles in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market and talent mapping for regional roles.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters.
Execute employer branding and talent attraction campaigns across the region.
Maintain candidate database and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally in regional or shared service setups.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
Strong communication skills in English; other Asian languages are a plus.
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple assignments.
