Job Description

We are hiring a regional technical support manager to join our Beacon Medeas team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team based at the Malaysia Atlas Copco office.

The role will provide aftermarket technical support to our distributors and direct customers under the APAC region with products and solutions from BeaconMedaes Medical Gas Solutions, reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager. Specifically, countries within APAC include Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for the post-sales technical support & managing the local warranty requests in a fair way to ensure customer satisfaction.

duties will include the following:

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification Expert / Remote Support on MGS products for End Users and Distributor Engineers

• Technical support for Distributors during Breakdowns - Remote & On-site (as necessary)

• Project handover BeaconMedaes representative

• Project Management guidance for distributors

• Institute & monitor a high-quality process for the delivering and retrieving of technical information from/ to the field

• Address and report on local technical problems to the concerned product company or local supplier

• Timely Resolution and reporting of technical problem on the products from the MGS Division

• Process and manage warranty claims for the region

• Develop and implement local processes and procedures to improve our customer experience
