Provide nursing care in accordance with medical instructions.
Monitor patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Medical Records Management:
Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Prepare daily reports and update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Health Education:
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Support health awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.
Clinical Management:
Prepare treatment rooms and assist in medical procedures.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of medical equipment and tools.
Teamwork & Professional Conduct:
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Comply with nursing ethics, clinic/hospital policies, and safety protocols.
Requirements & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM)

Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
.
Compassionate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work on
shifts, weekends, and public holidays
.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
