- Experience in responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating effectively through various channels.
- Basic computer skills and meticulous with details.
- Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
- Able to work independent, customer focused & disciplined.
- Deliver professional customer support, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information and guidance.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Salary within the range of RM5,000 - RM8,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
