Registered Valuer cum Branch Manager (Kuching Branch)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Registered Valuer cum Branch Manager

to lead and manage our Kuching Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the valuation team, maintaining high professional standards, and driving branch performance in alignment with the company's objectives.

Train and supervise Valuation Executives/Assistants to ensure all field inspections, data compilation, valuations, and report writing meet professional standards with thorough checking and zero error. Ensure all valuation data is accurately analyzed, organized, and stored in the company's data system. Train and supervise draughtsmen, search clerks, and other departmental staff. Review, approve, and sign valuation reports prepared by Valuation Executives/Assistants. Ensure that all client appointments and instructions are properly structured to minimize risks and facilitate timely fee collection. Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries promptly, professionally, and tactfully. Keep abreast of the latest developments in valuation methodologies, market trends, and construction industry updates. Monitor competitors and ensure operational costs are effectively controlled. Promote and market valuation and other professional services offered by the company.

Job Requirements

Licensed

Registered Valuer

under the

Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP)

. Bachelor's Degree in

Estate Management

,

Property Management

, or other related fields recognized by BOVAEP. Minimum

5 years of working experience

in property valuation or related areas. Excellent command of

Malay

and

English

(both written and spoken). Proficiency in

Mandarin

will be an added advantage. Strong

leadership, communication, and interpersonal

skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and other relevant software. Willing to be based in

Kuching, Sarawak

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
