Requirements

• Passed in SPM / fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
• Regular working hours with 5 working days (9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri), may need to work in weekend in the future)
• Have no issue to based at Kelana Jaya Office
• Able to start working on 15 January 2024

• The process includes receiving a document set through email. (usually 45-50 different shipping documents)
• Using the tool to organise papers by type
• Conduct a manual shipment search in
• Verify that the document type matches the real document
• Identify the document by type. (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
• Any ad hoc duty that the supervisor assigns

• Monthly Salary: RM 2800 - 3200 basic + RM 300 Fixed Language Allowance (Mandarin) + 13th month bonus
• Annual leaves + Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO + EIS
