- Applicants possess a qualification of SPM with passed or above
- Possess good proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (read, speak, type)
- Passionate in dealing with people and helping in solving any difficulties
- Willing to work based in office at Georgetown, Penang
- Applicants are able to start working on 15 April 2024.
- Attending to all inquiries/issues from global customers on multiple channels including email, chat, voice, and social media.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Escalate any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors and as advised by the operations management, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
- Salary Package: RM 3700 Basic + RM 300 Language Allowance
- Regular Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- EPF + SOCSO
- Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves are provided
- Medical and Insurance coverage
- 1 month paid training will be provided
