Assist in preparing and compiling documentation for product registration with regulatory authorities.
Responsible for supporting the acquisition of necessary permits, import samples, and product registration approvals.
Manage, sort, and upload document digitization.
Understand and implement the Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs process
Manage and maintain company databases and compliance IT systems.
Facilitate communication with regulatory agencies to ensure timely issue resolution and approval of registration actions.
Facilitates meetings with regulatory agencies as required to ensure registration and compliance, leveraging Global Regulatory and Risk Compliance resources as needed.
Support communication of regulatory requirements to regional management.
To be successful in this role:
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong oral and written capabilities.
Knowledgeable in computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suites.
