About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive

Regulatory Affairs Sr. Executive

to support product licensing, regulatory compliance, and quality documentation across our expanding portfolio of health and beauty brands. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and regulatory authorities (NPRA, KKM, MDA), ensuring our products meet all legal and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product registrations for cosmetics and supplements via the

QUEST3+ portal

Liaise with

NPRA, MOH, KKM

and other relevant bodies for licensing, renewals, and regulatory approvals Review and validate

product packaging, claims, and labels

to ensure compliance with MOH standards Monitor and interpret regulatory updates, communicating changes to relevant departments Oversee

license applications, renewals

, and documentation control Ensure

ingredients and certificates

comply with local and ASEAN regulations Stay abreast of skincare and cosmetic trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences. Develop educational content for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct training sessions on skin anatomy, product science, key ingredient functions, and proper usage.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Cosmetic Science, Regulatory Affairs

, or related field Minimum

2 years' experience

in regulatory affairs, licensing, or compliance within the beauty, wellness, or pharmaceutical sector Hands-on experience with

QUEST3+ portal

, NPRA registration, and MOH labeling guidelines Strong

written and verbal communication skills

in English and Bahasa Malaysia Highly

organized and detail-oriented

, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and submissions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
