A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleThe primary role of Regulatory Technologist in GBS Regulatory Finished Good team is to work in partnership with the Kerry Regulatory team to support regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities

• Implements changes to standard documentation based on new regulations as needed.
• Develops a regional network of experts to support and develop knowledge.
• Works as a customer champion to ensure documentation turnaround time consistently meets or beat the customer segmentation and service level agreement.
• Acts as regulatory liaison to account managers, customer care for standard documentation requests, recipe change management, vendor documentation collection and other duties as assigned.
• Executes against functional initiatives.
• Works in partnership with regulatory team members and other Kerry colleagues
• Support internal/external stakeholders by providing standardized technical information including site quality technical packets and customer questionnaires.
• Create and maintain regulatory documents.
• Manages emerging issue (i.e. be the point of contact to internal stakeholders to solve customer issues as required).
• Understands and shared best practice/ trends internally (i.e. Knowledge management across Regions)
• Performs various duties assigned from manager (i.e. Queries, Projects, Audit support).
• Routine metrics reporting to the business and attendance at business meetings as required.
• Leads regulatory-related business projects as appropriate.
• Develops relationships with customer contacts to facilitate continued/improved business relationship.
• Processes recipe changes, requests to information for sample delivery, collects vendor documentation for raw materials.

Qualifications and skills

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• Food industry knowledge is an added advantage.
• Executes using established processes and structures.
• Able to work independently and able to work well within a team.
• Possess good project management, inter-personal, organizational skills and able to take instructions and perform work accordingly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-starter and have strong drive-in continuous improvement with proficiency in problem solving.
• Analytical, critical thinker and rational in attending to regulatory queries from customer with good decision-making skill and resolving arising matters.
• Agile, adaptive towards rapid changes in a demanding fast-moving environment to perform well under pressure with open mindedness.
