Working Hours : 2.00PM - 11.00PMKey responsibilities

• Support the execution of various regulatory product documentation and requests, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Perform administrative duties within defined guidelines.
• Accurately manage technical and customer documents and data, meeting tight deadlines through established processes and structures.
• Create and maintain essential documentation, including technical documents for commercialized products and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and foster effective working relationships between internal teams (RDA, QA, Operations & Commercial) and external stakeholders.
• Manage and meet individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt and meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Science discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or R&D
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and regulations within the food industry
• Proven experience in handling customer queries and request management
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and goals
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards
