About the Role
Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with our internal business stakeholders to identify challenges, plan, execute, and oversee transformative initiatives to design and deliver new products, services, applications, new behaviours in projects across the organization. You will apply a variety of methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Problem Solving, Change Management, and Process Engineering to achieve the desired objectives. You will drive global initiatives, while also acting as a linking pin to the needs of our offices in the Asia-Pacific region. About the Team
We are a global team of well-rounded transformation experts. We are the first point of contact for our Property & Casualty Business to structure, coordinate and hands-on support transformation initiatives that align people, process and technology with the business strategy and vision. We provide various consulting services such as, business analysis, process optimisation, project management, change management, organisational design, and continuous improvement. We collaborate with stakeholders across all Swiss Re. The P&C Consulting team is part of P&C Re Business Excellence.
About You
Must haves:

  • 7+ years of management consulting, project management or professional services experience, out of which at least 3 years working on business transformation/change or for a consulting organization
  • Skilled in project and change management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2, PROSCI)
  • Proficient in analysing, articulating, and defining business requirements, data gathering, process evaluation and redesign processes, helping bridge strategy to execution.
  • Structured and well-organised with strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving attitude. Results oriented, willing to lead change, creative and dedicated
  • Able to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans, coupled with a strong ability to balance ambiguous and uncertain situations
  • Able to make decisions within the parameters of the role and explain the business rationale behind decisions, demonstrating a methodical/rational process for decisions.
  • Able to convince, drive, challenge, sell and coach across the organization
  • Able to deal with high degree of ambiguity, flexible to adapt work, high degree of integrity, positive attitude, willing to learn and connect and a "can-do" approach
Nice to have:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or similar process engineering qualification
  • Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) methodologies
  • (Re)Insurance and or Property & Casualty knowledge
