Job Description

:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our brand partnerships and provide essential administrative support. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across creative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Relationship Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands. Liaise with brand principals, artists, endorsers, and suppliers to maintain strong, positive relationships. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels (retail, events, digital). Monitor and manage brand inventory, promotions, and display standards.

Artist & Supplier Communication

Coordinate with endorsed artists and workshop instructors for content creation, campaigns, and event appearances. Communicate with suppliers on stock availability, PO processing, product updates, and marketing materials.

Event & Workshop Execution

Plan and execute brand-related workshops, product launches, and in-store events. Coordinate logistics including venue setup, invitations, technical support, and follow-up reporting.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare brand performance reports (sales, exposure, ROI on campaigns). Maintain accurate documentation and records related to each brand. Assist in general administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and email correspondence.

Requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal). Good time management and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, or events is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides). Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Passion for music, instruments, or retail industry is a bonus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,750.00 per month
