The Relationship Executive, International Student Recruitment is responsible for driving the recruitment of international students from key markets across Asia. The role focuses on executing targeted recruitment strategies, developing partnerships with education agents and institutions, and promoting the Group's programs to increase enrolment and enhance brand visibility in the region.

Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with education agents, high schools, counsellors, and relevant stakeholders. Conduct international school visits, participate in international education fairs, webinars, and virtual info sessions to promote the college's offerings. Provide personalized guidance and accurate information to prospective students and their families regarding admission, visa processes, and program selection. Achieve individual and team recruitment targets as part of the Group's international growth objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop market-specific marketing materials and digital campaigns. Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and regional developments to adapt recruitment approaches. Maintain an up-to-date CRM/database of leads, applications, agent contacts, and event outcomes. Represent the Group with professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all external and internal events.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages

Experience:

At least

2 years

of experience in international student recruitment, sales, or education consultancy. Demonstrated experience working with education agents and international stakeholders.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Able to travel within the Asia region and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Evening and weekend work may be needed depending on time zones and events. High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
