Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

Sales Management and Referral

  • Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing client relationship and new acquisition.
  • Grow CASA/TD, Asset Footing (lending products), AUM, WM Products (FX/BANCA) and Commercial Mortgage (where applicable)
  • Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
  • Identify and execute cross sell opportunities from existing Business Banking and cross segment.
  • Analyse financial requirements of clients and match with bank\'s product offerings.
  • Identify and prioritise activities to maximize revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio.
  • Maintain close working relationship with staff and management to assist in resolving Business Banking\xe2\x80\x99s problems and service requests.
  • Analyse and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Ensure disciplined adherence to set sales and relationship management processes and standards.
  • Migrate the clients towards digitization agenda of the Bank.
Others
  • Collaborate with product, credit and functional specialists to deliver timely and effective customer solutions.
  • Operate within Risk & Compliance requirements/ framework.
  • Able to convert service recovery issue into customer loyalty opportunity.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant undergraduate degree, ideally with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services industry
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Good understanding of Companies Act and basic understanding of Cash Management and Trade Working Capital (optional)
  • Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player; has technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken.
  • Possess effective interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented, target driven and able to work under stress.
  • Establish sufficient experience in balancing between sales target and prioritising compliance and regulatory framework.
  • This role requires extensive travelling.
