To hunt new-to-bank and generate new leads for cash customers in commercial banking segment.
To proactively engage with new cash clients to increase share of wallet by providing customized Cash Management Solutions on collection, payment, payroll, internet banking, etc. to meet and exceed their business and operational requirements.
To cross-sell all other products within the Bank including various types of commercial banking facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, premier banking, etc.
To work closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product and Operations Teams to ensure the portfolio meets planned revenue and volume projections.
To assess and manage the potential risks by performing customer due diligence in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal procedure manuals.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Possess a recognized degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, coupled with 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar field.
Good analytical skills in the areas of Cash Management, Wealth Management, or Business Banking.
Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem-solving skills.
Positive and growth mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative driven.
