Relationship Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with regional Client Services Teams within the group to ensure completion of client onboarding process
Proactively reach out to our clients to increase account activation and account deposit/funding rate
Engage dormant clients to understand and address their concerns to boost client activity
Reach out to exited clients to promote uSMART's new features, service offerings and unique selling proposition to re-onboard them
Achieve management set KPI targets through providing a holistic investment journey for our clients
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience as Sales.
1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity within the equities or investment industry will be advantageous.
Basic understanding of financial products such as equities.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
