Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; major in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

2. Minimum1yearofexperience in Relationship Management, Client Services, Sales, or Account Management (Forex / CFD / Crypto industry experience is a strong plus).

3. Strong client service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under a 24/7shift rotation schedule.

Willing to accept overtime based on business needs.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear targets (activation, retention, volume, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
