fewStones Pte Ltd is a dynamic Videography and Photography agency based in Singapore providing services to a wide spectrum of clients. We specialise in 2D, 3D and Live Action videos, as well as corporate photography. Types of projects include live streaming, corporate videos and brand videos, to name a few.

We're looking for a Relationship Manager who is passionate about video production.

Whilst working at fewStones, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, researching new clients to better pitch your ideas. Whether it be large or small companies, you'll be expected to build positive long-term client relationships. You'll pitch to new clients, provide quotations based on budget requirements and work with the Production team to share briefs and introduce clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering clients and prospects requests

We receive a lot of requests from prospects and from existing clients. A large portion of your time will be dedicated to answering these requests.

-Respond to requests in a prompt manner,

-Clarify scope of the requests,

-Prepare commercial proposals according to the project requirements,

-Follow-ups with prospects and clients on proposals,

-Report in the CRM.

Nurturing relationships with clients

-Keep up to date of latest trends in the industry,

-Discuss and brainstorm new ideas for clients,

-Prepare presentation decks for pitches and deliver pitches,

-Follow up with clients and expand your network within their organisation,

Once projects are signed, brief projects to the production team and introduce to clients during kick-off meetings,

Requirements

What we would like you to have

-A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the video industry, either as producer or any other client facing role,

-A strong interest in being in a fast-paced and target-driven client facing role to sign new projects,

-A strong track record in building relationships with customers,

-A keen and creative eye for sales opportunities,
