Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager (M/F) to oversee the development and implementation of client relationship management strategies. This includes networking with external agencies and monitoring and implementing internal policies and protocols.
- Fresh graduates / alumni are welcomed to apply
- Degree in management / marketing / communication or similar field.
- For experienced candidates we prefer those with banker or finance background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company\'s products and services.
- Build and maintain close relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying clients\' needs and requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Providing comprehensive advice to customers on products and services and assisting them in decision-making.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to customers.
- Resolving complaints and problems efficiently and promptly.
- Achieving sales/profit targets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
