Role Overview

We are hiring Relationship Managers at multiple levels to support the growth of our PropTech platform. These roles focus on acquiring, onboarding, and managing agent clients while building long term professional relationships. All positions operate in a fully work from home environment with flexible working hours, where performance is measured by outcomes and results rather than fixed schedules.

This is a performance driven role with strong earning potential for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities Across All Levels

Identify and engage new agent clients through outbound outreach, digital channels, and proactive prospecting.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects through regular follow up and relationship management.
Present platform solutions clearly and confidently through virtual meetings, demonstrations, and online training sessions.
Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable products or advertising solutions.
Support client onboarding, activation, and early stage usage to ensure successful adoption.
Maintain high service standards with professional and timely client communication.
Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence to support business improvement.
Collaborate closely with team members in a fully remote working environment.

Role Differentiation

Relationship Manager

Own the full client acquisition and onboarding cycle from prospecting to activation.
Manage an individual sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Deliver effective product presentations and handle objections independently.
Build early stage client relationships and identify upselling or cross selling opportunities.

Senior Relationship Manager

Lead complex client engagements and manage higher value or strategic accounts.
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and tailored advertising solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support sales capability development.
Contribute to sales strategy, go to market planning, and product feedback initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client facing roles.
Background in PropTech, property portals, digital platforms, or real estate related businesses is preferred.
Candidates with experience working in a property developer's advertising, marketing, or sales support department are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong acquisition mindset with confidence in outreach, negotiation, and relationship building.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in a remote working environment.
Highly self disciplined and organised, able to manage tasks and time independently.
Results driven, resilient, and motivated by performance based rewards.
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to a remote team culture.

Compensation and Incentives

Competitive base salary based on experience and seniority.
Commission based incentive structure tied to individual sales performance.
High performing Relationship Managers have chance to earn up to RM 100,000 in commission annually, subject to achieving sales targets.
