About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Relationship Officers to join a leading bank's telemarketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven sales experience who are passionate about building customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-sales inquiries, sales calls, and post-sales service to ensure excellent customer relationship management.
Engage existing and potential customers to present financial/insurance products and services.
Understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and address inquiries or concerns.
Maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Accurately document customer information, call outcomes, and transactions in CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed daily/monthly KPIs and sales targets.
Stay updated and knowledgeable on financial/insurance products and services.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably in call centre or financial/insurance sector.
Insurance certifications (GI - BCP & PGI) are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy.
