This role combines delivery leadership and agile coaching: you will drive program-level planning and execution, ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders, and help product managers, architects, and delivery teams mature into sustainable agile ways of working.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience orchestrating Agile Release Train execution, ensuring alignment, risk management and measurable delivery across multiple teams
Coordinate program increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies and drive execution across multiple product lines
Act as a delivery leader, ensuring commitments are met and risks are addressed promptly
Provide practical coaching and guidance to teams, product managers, and architects on SAFe practices--focusing on adoption while staying accountable for results
Support pilot initiatives to establish SAFe practices in teams with limited exposure and maturity
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency and a clear focus on business value
Continuously improve ART performance through retrospectives, feedback loops and metrics-driven insights
Contribute to building an internal agile community of practice by sharing lessons learned, templates, and facilitation techniques
Requirements
Direct experience managing Agile Release Trains at scale, with proven delivery accountability
Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); SAFe 6.0 Release Train Engineer certification is highly preferred (can be obtained later if not yet certified)
Hands-on agile coaching and facilitation experience, with the ability to guide teams and leaders while actively driving outcomes
Solid program management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple product lines and complex dependencies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with senior leaders and large distributed teams
Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements
Open to candidates from any industry background, as long as they bring strong scaled agile delivery expertise
Nice to have
Experience with large-scale agile transformations or organizational change
Exposure to other agile scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Nexus, Spotify)
Experience working with distributed and cross-regional teams
