Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred, or Mechatronics Engineering 1-3 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing). Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an added advantage. Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations Possess excellent problem-solving skills. Fast learner Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.

Ensuring all machinery and equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of operation. Plan, implement and maintain effective Machine & Equipment maintenance and support services to Production Department in accordance with Company and other regulatory requirements. Oversee and lead all major repairs and modifications at the Plant & Facility with regards to safety and compliance requirements. Manage the specification, assessment, allocation and supervision of maintenance execution team and contractors undertaking maintenance work. Ensure that the Maintenance personnel are in possession of correct skills, are given appropriate training and up-to-date with the latest methods, procedures and requirements. Develop maintenance experience and leadership abilities of subordinates. Ensure that the implemented PM & TPM activities are performed and reviewed with Reliability team. Operate an effective system of recording. Analysis and monitoring of reported defects, breakdowns on equipment, facilities and other incidents to enable appropriate decisions or actions to be taken to minimize productivity shut down. Provide prompt response to inquiries or request whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Continuously support and assist technicians during machinery and equipment breakdowns and repairs in order to maintain efficiencies, capability and productivity. Develop maintenance knowledge and experience by showing leadership abilities to the subordinates. Ensure schedule work order and preventive maintenance schedules have appropriate resources allocated and completed in accordance with the appropriate priority to maintain the quantity and quality of production. Recommend replacement for old or faulty machinery and equipment components to the management in order to achieve continuous and effective operation. Ensuring the availability of the tools and spare parts to support breakdowns and maintenance tasks. Inspect machinery and equipment installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design, equipment specifications and safety standards. Work closely with all others section and department included Reliability, Facility, Production, Purchasing, QA and other related departments on machinery and equipment conditions and efficiencies. Ensure all Company rules, guidelines, system, policies and standards covering administrative procedures, safety and health regulations, quality and management standards (EHS, ISO, OHSAS), work practices, KPI's and all applicable matters are maintained and followed. Manage expenditure and develop ways to effectively reduce the maintenance budget over the coming years to keep in line with business expectation. Lead maintenance team to maintain/improve on 5S standard. Ensure Maintenance staff or external resources follow all safety procedures and regulations by creating a safe work environment and cultivate spirit of Safety First.
