Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Reliability Lab Specialist/ Engineer Your Responsibilities Well arrange related tests and efficiently utilize Lab capacity Optimize and improve test methods to provide higher quality, efficiency or safe costs Installation and qualification of new equipment Well arrange the daily work and test priority, ensure test output and quality Well manage and control the daily consumption material and key spare parts Train, qualify and support technicians Familiar with SPC, MSA and statistics as well as data management Liaise with 3rd party lab for external analysis support Lead a project individually Other tasks assigned by Superior Your Profile Candidate must possess at least Professional degree/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Science, Material Engineering Experience : Junior Engineer - Minimum 3 years\' experiences in related field or equivalent field Senior Engineer - Minimum 5 years\' experiences in related field or equivalent field Specialist - Minimum 7 years\' experiences in related field or equivalent field A wide range of failure analytic know how of tools and methods to ensure highest quality level analysis for root cause finding. From the start as failure observation and failure analysis plan until final report with root cause identification Experience in semiconductor die attach/mount assembly process and quality/audit Experience with expert knowledge in related key process field Capability build up and qualification of DA process at new designs, recipe definition and yield improvements Develop and improve methods related to die attachment or DA related process steps Previous experience in development and implementing physical test method, cross section, microscope, peel strength and ball shear related tool application Previous experience in development and implementing reliability test methods, improvement and development of reliability related tool (chamber, reflow, HAST, thermal shock) modifications, capabilities, applications, efficiency and run rates Basic knowledge of quality standards Analytical skills, DOE skills Good English communication skills Proficient in PC and office software Multi-task comfortable, detail oriented Good time management and independent working style Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
